100% Performance Rewards for Travelers
Travelers with StatGroup may be eligible for 100% Performance Rewards. The prerequisite for 100% Performance Rewards are 100% attendance on the job. To qualify, the employee must always be in place at the job site and ready to work when the day begins, they may never be late. To qualify, the employee must work the full contracted schedule and never leave early. To qualify, the employee must never miss a day’s work for any reason. Excuses are not accepted, since this is a reward for perfect 100% completion of the contract. This is the standard of performance that creates return business for StatGroup and StatGroup enjoys rewarding those special PROS that perform on this level.
The 100% Performance Reward normally ranges from $250.00 to $1,000.00 and is awarded at the completion of the contract for the employee who is on the job every day for the full scheduled time and never late. The employee must sign a “Performance Covenant” agreement prior to beginning the job to be eligible for the 100% Performance Reward.
