Holiday Pay for Travelers
Most StatGroup travelers that work on holidays that fall on normally scheduled work days are paid at a holiday rate that is one and one-half times their regular rate. Some assignments may also provide pay for un-worked holidays. In both of these cases, the specifics of these benefits are detailed on the individual employee’s assignment rider document. Holidays-New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Vacation for Travelers
When the traveler/employee has worked 2080 hours, and the work has occurred within the previous 730 days(two years), the employee is eligible for forty hours paid vacation. The forty hours of vacation will be paid at the last rate of pay prior to the vacation. Vacation time off may not be scheduled in the middle of an assignment or during an extension of an assignment. Vacation time off is to be scheduled between temporary assignments. Previously earned vacation pay may be drawn by the professional at any time they choose.
Health Insurance for Travelers
StatGroup has Day 1 of Month 1 health insurance coverage. The StatGroup traveler/employee’s eligibility for health insurance starts on the first day of the first full month of employment. StatGroup has a group health insurance policy and StatGroup pays for the employee’s coverage, as well as, making a limited matching contribution to the employee’s Health Savings Account ($475.00 per year). Insurance coverage continues to the last day of the month of the final date of employment.
Retirement plan for Travelers
StatGroup has a 401(k) retirement plan that the traveler/employee may join.
Referral Reward for Travelers
Introduce StatGroup to a health care professional who then becomes a StatGroup PRO by completing a 13 week travel assignment and receive a Referral Reward of $500.00.
